Our Structure
MPCP is a limited company, the shares of which are wholly owned by the three Manchester GP federations. We affectionately refer to ourselves as the tri-federation! Each federation provides two of their own board members to sit on the MPCP Board of Directors. The Board consists of three GPs and three practice managers, who collectively bring a wealth of clinical, operational, financial and business experience to the organisation. MPCP board positions are allocated by the sitting board members depending on their mix of skills.
